RSS link is fixed + website banners

I noticed today that the RSS feed of the english part wrongly refered to the french pages. I've just changed the link, so you can fix your feed now sorry for the mistake.

I also added the site banners on the main page's side column, feel free to grab and use them if you need to ^^.
